Orders with a merchandise subtotal of USD $99 or more after discounts ship free, regardless of weight.
A USD $5 surcharge applies to APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam and Puerto Rico addresses, including orders that otherwise qualify for free shipping.
Due to changes in EU import regulations, a €3 EU import fee applies to orders shipped to European Union countries from July 1, 2026, including orders that otherwise qualify for free shipping.
Processing & Tracking
During peak seasons, please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be processed before shipment.
All orders include tracking through delivery. Tracking information will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.
We are unable to accept urgent orders or guarantee arrival by a specific date.
Pre-Orders & Mixed Orders
Pre-orders ship during the estimated shipping period stated on the product page. We will contact you if an unexpected delay occurs.
If an order contains both pre-order and in-stock items and qualifies for free shipping based on the combined merchandise value, all items will ship together once the pre-order items are ready. If you would like the in-stock items shipped separately, please contact us before dispatch. An additional shipping fee will apply.
Delivery Information
- Estimated shipping times Shipping times begin after dispatch and are estimates rather than guarantees. Delivery may be affected by the destination, customs processing, weather, strikes or other circumstances outside our control.
- Sale, Christmas & New Year periods During major sale periods, especially November and December, please allow up to one additional week for delivery. Tracking updates may also take longer because of increased carrier volume.
- Delayed or missing packages If your order has not been delivered within 45 days from the dispatch date, please contact us so we can review the tracking details with the carrier.
- Cancellations after shipment Orders cannot be cancelled after shipment. For orders that have not yet shipped, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
