• We only use the premium shipping service. Every tracking number could be tracked until the package as "Deliverd".
• We do not accept any URGENT orders due to a large number of hand-made working. Thanks so much for the understanding.
• Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
• Shipping times are quoted in business days. During sale periods (November and December), please allow additional time (1 week) to receive your order. Shipping times can vary depending on shipping location and other external factors like bad weather or strikes. 
• Business days excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.
• The orders could NOT be cancelled after shipment.

🇺🇸 Update on U.S. Shipping Rates

Due to recent changes in U.S. customs policy, the cost of shipping to the United States has increased significantly. As a small independent brand, we’ve tried to absorb these rising costs for as long as we could — but to continue operating sustainably, we’ve made the difficult decision to slightly increase shipping fees for U.S. orders.

We want to reassure you that:

• Our product prices already include all duties and taxes — no hidden fees at checkout.

• We continue to subsidize a large portion of shipping costs for U.S. orders.

• U.S. orders over $99 still ship free. 💗

We deeply appreciate your understanding and support during this time. If there are changes in the future — such as a reduction or removal of these new tariffs — we promise to adjust our shipping rates accordingly and pass the savings back to you.

☑ CHRISTMAS & NYE PERIOD SHIPPING TIMES - For all other international orders, shipping times will vary based on your local postal service and we recommend placing your order as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Delays in tracking information, shipping and delivery may also be experienced during our end of season sale due to the high volume of orders in the domestic and international postal networks.
